Users of Public Transportation:
–In "Adapted Transport" indicate: the day, the hour and your destination, the reservation number and confirm the request.
-In "Regular Network" indicate: the day, the hour, the bus line, the direction of the bus and the number of the bus.
RUTA Montreal :
-Will transmit comments to the appropriate departments.
-Will compile information and create case files to advance the process of improving services.
-Will perform follow-ups to confirm that all tasks have been handled correctly by the appropriate departments.

Do you wish to know about the different issues surrounding public transportation? RUTA Montreal also organizes, by request, information meetings about transportation for different groups and organizations.
